WWW Wednesday #19

This is a tag formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and now hosted by Sam at Taking On A World of Words and answers three questions. I know I missed last week again, but I write this post usually on the day, and last week, of course, was my Media Blackout so I couldn’t but the good news is I have a fair bit to actually share this week so let’s get on with it!

What are you currently reading?

Dixen, V - Ascension

I’m just over a quarter of the way through Ascension by Victor Dixen and I am enjoying it – for any UK readers, it’s basically Love Island in a spaceship, but with teenagers, segregated living quarters and much less sex. [My pride requires that I clearly state I have never and will never watch Love Island, but you can’t swing a cat here without hitting somebody talking about it.]

What did you recently finish reading?

So many books, I’m so proud. In descending order of how good they were, since last WWW Wednesday I have read:

  1. The Disasters by M.K. England
  2. The Goblins of Bellwater by Molly Ringle (GUYS Molly Ringle tweeted me about my review, it was awesome.)
  3. The Last Romeo by Justin Myers
  4. Between the Blade and the Heart by Amanda Hocking
  5. Madam Love, Actually by Rich Amooi

What do you think you’ll read next?

I want to take a break from prose for a little while and get in some of my awaiting comic books.: Dark Days: The Road to Metal, Dark Nights Metal: Dark Knights Rising Dark Nights Metal: The Resistance.

Have you read any of these? What do you think? Any comic book recommendations for me? Let me know in the comments and don’t forget to post the links to your WWW Wednesday too!

Until next time!
