I saw this post first over at Aurora @ Aurora Librialis‘s blog and thought it was such a cool, neat post idea that I asked Aurora if she would kindly let me
steal pay homage to with my own post. At first, I thought would be a good fill-in for weeks I didn’t have anything to write for WWW Wednesday but I think I’d like to do it maybe fortnightly as a way to bring focus to other interests of mine. Let me know what you think!
I’m Reading …
The Rogue Queen by Emily R. King
This fulfills some criteria for my various reading challenges and has been on my list for quite a while so I’m glad to be getting to it.
I’m Watching …
Voltron: Legendary Defender (By Myself) & Scrubs (Re-watch) (With the Boyfriend)
Yeah, so my Netflix viewing is split into shows I watch myself and shows I have to watch with my boyfriend (true love, after all, is not watching ahead).
I was recommended Voltron by the epic Geek History Lesson, and as one of my most reliable sources of recommendations it once again did not disappoint and I loved every second of it (actually planning to rewatch it again very soon).
Alex and I have both watched and enjoyed Scrubs separately when we were younger but have decided since they’re all on Amazon Prime at the moment, we want to rewatch them.
I’m Listening to …
Geek History Lesson Podcast
I’m a little behind on the most recent episodes so I’m going to do some housework this afternoon and catch up on GHL while I do it. If you’ve never listened to this podcast I cannot recommend it enough and you should go over their website or find them on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify or some other place with podcasts and check them out – they’re awesome!
I’m Working On …
My Associate RICS Submission
Work is still crazy but this is still my priority with the submission being in 10 days (1 day after I get my results back from the 2-year apprenticeship course I just completed eek). Wish me luck guys, I am going to need it
I’m Going to …
Lame, I know but I really don’t have much planned in the coming weeks … except for my boyfriend’s Nan’s surprise birthday party (sh, don’t tell her). I need a new bookshelf desperately so I’m hoping to somehow bargain an IKEA trip out of Alex in the coming weekends.
What are you guys up to these days? Busy busy busy? Do you like the post? Let me know in the comments!
Until next time!
